Supervising with Impact Series
This six-part series of one-day workshops is designed to prepare or refresh team leaders, supervisors and managers to handle the day-to-day challenges of managing their areas of responsibility and to provide exposure to senior leaders.
Today's Administrative Professional Certificate Program
Administrative staff wishing to learn or enhance the technical, interpersonal and organization skills identified as critical for high-performing administrative staff at the University can participate in a series of half-day learning sessions that culminate in a certificate.
LEARNING through EDUCATION
Learning at Work Skills Academy
The Learning at Work Skills Academy is a multi-approach education program designed to encourage personal and career development to enhance individual success while strengthening the talent base for the University and the larger community. Instruction is provided by outside educational institutions but conveniently conducted in Notre Dame facilities.

ESL - English as a Second Language
For non-native speakers who want to increase their spoken and written fluency in English and enhance their ability to communicate confidently and perform effectively in their work setting.
GED - General Education Degree
The GED Preparation program provides the opportunity to refresh forgotten academic skills or learn the educational skills and knowledge needed to complete the GED examination for those persons who did not complete a high school education and do not have a diploma.
IVY Tech Technical Certificate (TC) or Associates in Applied Science Degree
IVY Tech Community College offers an accelerated curriculum to enable our regular full-and part-time employees to earn a Technical Certificate (one year) or an Associates in Applied Science Degree in two years.
IUSB Masters of Science in Education (Indiana University South Bend)
Notre Dame and Indiana University South Bend have a joint arrangement to provide a 36 credit hour Masters of Science in Education (non-licensure) with a concentration in Community Leadership for qualified Notre Dame employees on Notre Dame's campus. Tuition reimbursement benefit applies.
