The Office of Human Resources is excited to announce the introduction of a new Talent Management tool - Endeavor. The system ties together some of the key components of creating a top performing culture, including learning and performance.

Please reference the following information as you learn how to use and benefit from this new tool:

 

Endeavor Browser/Desktop Needs

Recommended browsers, required installations, and known issues for use of the Endeavor online registration system:

Windows Vista or Windows XP

Internet Explorer 6.x or 7.x or Firefox 2.

One time installations:

  • Active X – as prompted by IE
  • Security Certificate

IE 6.x or 7.x

  • No known issues

Firefox 2.

  • Org chart functionality does not allow users to drill up and drill down easily
Mac OSX Safari

One time installation:

  • Security Certificate

Safari

  • “Current Classes” link in the “Learning” area of Endeavor will see an “Active X error ….”  The user will still be able to perform all functions on that screen even though the error message appears.

Firefox

  • Endeavor functionality does not operate predictably in Firefox
