Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancel your registration online at http://iLearn.nd.edu or through askHR if you do not have access to a computer.  Contact askHR at 631-5900 or email askHR@nd.edu. 
  • A $100.00 fee will be charged to the participant’s department for cancellations less than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled class.
  • A fee will not be assessed when participant gets a replacement for the class that meets the course requirements.
  • A $100.00 fee will be charged the participant’s department if he/she is a “No Show” for the scheduled class.
If there is a need to cancel a class, participants will be notified at the earliest possible time.
