Open Enrollment and HealthQuotient Ends November 6

The university's annual benefits open enrollment period will come to a close on November 6, 2009. Take this opportunity to make changes to your medical, dental, vision, life insurance and flexible spending accounts. Click here to use the online benefit enrollment. Benefit elections will become effective on January 1, 2010. Faculty and staff must complete the HealthQuotient on-line by November 6, 2009 to receive the credit for 2010. Education Benefit Information Session

Faculty, staff, and their children, wishing to learn more about the university's education benefit are invited to attend a presentations to learn more about this valuable benefit. The discussion will also include information about academic preparation for Notre Dame, additional information about financial aid and Notre Dame’s admission requirements.  A session will be held on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 7:00 pm at the Carey Auditorium in the Hesburgh Library.   • University Health Services anticipates receiving Notre Dame’s initial allotment of H1N1 vaccine in mid to late November. Due to the limited supply, the H1N1 vaccine will only be available to the highest risk students, faculty and staff at the first vaccination clinics. Click here to find out more.
